To complete the registration process for enrolling your scholar(s) in the Child Care Program, please complete and return both pages of the Child Care Registration Form and the very last page of the Parent’s Handbook (see below). These three pages must be completed per child and submitted along with the $10.00 registration fee before a scholar is allowed to enter the Child Care Program.
